Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit großem Boxspringbett, einem Bad mit Regendusche und einem Wohnbereich mit angrenzender großzügiger Küche. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich auch die Schlafcouch, auf der eine weitere Person nächtigen kann. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es zudem eine gemütliche, überdachte Sitzlounge. Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Ausflüge nach München, ins Voralpenland und natürlich auch zur Therme Erding.

Das Haus selbst liegt in einem idyllischen Ort im Grünen. Ziele wie die Therme Erding und München sind in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Our accommodation offers convenient access to Munich city center and Oktoberfest via the S8 line, making travel easy. From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer 80 Qudratmeter großen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1.Obergeschoß. Das Aufenthaltszimmer umfasst Küche, Esstisch und Wohnbereich. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett sowie über ein Etagenbett für Kinder. Auf Wunsch wird ein zusätzliches Kinderbett (120x60cm) aufgestellt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zu Flughafen und Autobahn über die angrenzende Schnellstraße.
