This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

Beautifully renovated home with fabulous location and Greek island charm. Courtyard, 150m to the beach. The spacious house sleeps 4+2 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and open concept dining/ living area, 1 large bathroom, and 2 spacious bedrooms. A beautiful courtyard with dining and seating area. Air conditioning, Wifi. We are located 150m from the Nea Chora beach and seaside restaurants. A 10 minute walk the historic old harbour and Chania city centre (700m).
