Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
