Central location close to Storyland, shopping and the mountains for skiing, hiking etc. Watch the sunsets on the front porch surrounded by mountains. Trails out back door in small town forest. Scenic overlook, Subway sandwiches, ice cream and Cannell's store is directly down the street. Brew pubs and new distillery easy walk . Host lives on the property.

It's 7 Minutes from Downtown North Conway, where you can frequent great Restaurants, Pubs, and Shops. Please note *cast iron stove in living room is disconnected for safety purposes, and is purely decorative.

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.
