Hawks Barn: New getaway barn with stunning views.

Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Four Oaks, Kintbury. Private self-catering annex.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Kintbury in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The first floor annex with it's own entrance via stairs to the side of the main house has private, comfortable living accommodation with kitchen, dinning and lounge area; double bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is an outside area to sit on those warm sunny days. Strictly no baby’s, children or pets.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
