Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!
