Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

‘The Shippen’ is a barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. Ideally located for Aintree racecourse, ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach. A short drive to Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton - Michelin Star capital of the North!

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.
