Chris’s cottage is a unique, simple, riverfront accommodation located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1860s as the unmarried men’s quarters and rebuilt in the 1920s retaining its original features including an open fire in the kitchen and wide verandas leading to the bedrooms. In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
