Mini Mountain Studio - Bike or Ski

Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

The Barn - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Barn provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Barn is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Stables. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to skiing and snow boarding at Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, a short 45 minute drive away. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Alpine Heights Mt Hotham Ski out apartment.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Moritz 2-Mount Hotham

Moritz 2 is a gorgeous first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is complete with ground floor parking space for 1 car. The view is AMAZING from the huge front balcony and living area. Moritz apartments are luxury premier apartments at Hotham. In ski season there is a free shuttle bus (stop is right out front) to the main village 3 minutes away. The Big D and General Pub and store is 500 metres from the door. Watching the sun set from the balcony after a days skiing is priceless.

The Tin Pod

Breathe easy the moment you walk into the courtyard of The Tin Pod. This light, Bright, modernly appointed space, located right on the edge of beautiful bush land to explore will instantly transport you to a more relaxed state of being. A perfect couples retreat to rejuvenate the body and mind. Alternatively if you seek a more active getaway there are walks to be done, cafes to visit, mountain bike trails to explore, snowfields to conquer.....all on the doorstep of “The Tin Pod”.

Off-Grid Retreat

Off-grid retreat … Dargo Viewz is a “hut” with a difference. The studio-style getaway is totally off-grid and set in a very peaceful, secluded area outside Dargo. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the Dargo valley. Winter mornings are special here – watch the fog clouds roll over the hills and meander through the valley. Please be aware that from June to December the Dargo High Plains Road is closed. This means you can't drive from Mt Hotham to Dargo on that road.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Boasting spectacular views.. Alpine Heights is a majestic location situated at the top of Mt Hotham. Come and stay and see the native spring flowers bloom, go for beautiful nature hikes in summer, and see local towns, warm colour array of falling leaves in autumn. Spectacular! This apartment has a king bed that can be split into x2 single kings, as well as a fold out single sofa. Long term stays available. Linen and towels will be provided.

The Mountain Farmhouse

The Mountain Farmhouse is located within close proximity to the Ski Resorts of; Mt Hotham (30min), Dinner Plain (20min) and just 20 minutes from the historical township of Omeo. Ideally located halfway along the Great Alpine Road for those making the iconic journey along this scenic route. The Farmhouse is situated on a 2300 acre family Cattle and Sheep farm alongside the Victoria River, making this the true High Country experience.

Located 5 mins from Omeo, the home is nestled overlooking the Omeo valley and Livingstone creek. This unique, octagonal, off grid home is a great base for your stay. The home is styled with comfort in mind. Sit back after an adventurous day exploring the area, or laze about & take in the views, unplug and relax. Omeo is great for those who want to explore the area via pushy, road, or dirt bikes, on foot, or the ski fields

Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom hideaway in the heart of Harrietville. Enjoy a comfortable living area, kitchenette/dining, modern bathroom, and a wood fired heating for a relaxing stay. The balcony is perfect for cooking on the BBQ, or savouring your morning coffee and afternoon drinks. You will love the local food and coffee, plus the nature right at your doorstep. (Please note cooking is outside bbq or oven/microwave)

Avalon House: The Cattleman's

The Cattlemans at Avalon dates back to the Beveridges Cattle Co-Op in the 1930's when the high country cattlemen would bunker down for the snowy winters and graze cattle on the green valley pastures. A cosy bungalow with a private courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.
