Justo debajo hay una gran parcela hasta el mar de la que el propietario es el propietario. Por lo tanto, los huéspedes pueden utilizar los terrenos. Hay operación de restaurantes en el mismo edificio, por buen tiempo puedes sentarte afuera y disfrutar de una buena cena y algo bueno en el cristal. Es posible ampliar el alquiler (con el desbloqueo de una puerta del medio) a un apartamento que consta de suite/habitación de hotel. Posibilidad de desayuno.
