Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Queen plug in air mattress with bedding. Next door to Mine Creek Cottage rental for those family's that would like to rent homes close together.

There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Punkins Place

Punkin's Place is newly renovated with modern conveniences, but keeps the feel of family history. It sits on a one-acre lot with beautiful shade trees. We offer a fenced in sitting area in the back with a fire pit for relaxing. We are just a block off the square and its restaurants, shops, and putt-putt golf. It is two miles to Crater of Diamonds State Park, six miles to beautiful Lake Greeson and SWAHA Marina, one mile to KA-DO-HA Indian burial mounds and the Little Missouri River.

It’s located on our 13 acre property in New Boston, Tx. With 3 beds and 2 bath there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. You can take a dip in the pool to cool off or sit out on the deck and get some sun. Also enjoy the gazebo with a gas grill and sitting area. We don’t allow parties or large gatherings
