(Only one apartment above where I live with my wife, and we are relaxed and not in your business.) Enclosed, private patio with panoramic beach, island views plus gas fire pit & BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs in the sand with a huge sun umbrella. Complimentary beach bikes. Yummy cafe across the street.
