Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

I’m sorry, but high maintenance guests are not welcome. We are distant owners for a little beach home right in the ocean, we are not the Ritz Carlton. Our home is imperfectly wonderful, enjoy your surroundings!

Bring your boat we are between Sabine lake and Calcasieu lake and a 45 minute drive to the Lake Charles casinos. The grocery store is Browns and it’s 20 miles to Hackberry or 45 min back to Port Arthur for a Walmart or H-E-B 🚗So come prepared because once you arrive you will not want to leave.....the area is very remote 😊

The home is in a great beach community that is a short walk to the beach. But if u don’t want to walk you can just enjoy the ocean view from the porch. We are also just a short walk to the Peveto Bird Sanctuary for those bird lovers! Come Stay with us! I promise you want regret it!

Our home is very comfortable and well stocked with plenty of room for relaxation. * we do have a gas powered golf cart for our personal use on site that we also rent to interested guests for 300$ for the weekend or 150$ per day .
