This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.

Waterfront 3 bed 3 bath on Squam (Suite #1)

Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private screened porches and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed. This suite was part of a motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites.
