Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. There is an elevator, which makes it perfect for elderly persons. We look forward to host you!

Børn og hunde vil føle sig helt hjemme, da vores bolig tilbyder en veludstyret indhegnet have. Dertil en legeplads lige rundt om hjørnet (50 meter). En ideel base til at udforske det bedste fra byen og stranden.

Charming first floor apartment with an oceanview. Perfectly located between the beautiful Marselisborg forest and the beachfront. Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Cosy apartment in Aarhus. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in all 3. Bathroom with shower, my favorite room, treat it with love . There is a balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and sun.
