We live where neighbors know and care for each other and where grandparents pass land on to their children and grandchildren. That heritage is evidenced by our beautiful local parks! Our town is a sort of traffic nucleus, with Charlotte approximately 1 hour to the east, Asheville less than 1 hour to the west, and Lenoir heading to Boone 20 minutes to the north. We are 5-20 minutes away from 5 hospitals which is perfect for traveling nurses and doctors. We want to add to your travel experience!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Glass House Of Cross Creek Farms

Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Quiet Studio Apartment, Private 1 BR on our Farm

Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Sit on the screened in porch or by the crackling firepit, take a shower outdoors or soak in the roomy spa. Rural foothills living in Western NC, convenient to Hickory, Morganton, Valdese & Lenoir. Great parks & lakes to explore. (Boat launch is 4 miles away). Check out a local winery/brewery. The Blue Ridge parkway is a short drive & absolutely breathtaking.

Stay in District 12 from Hunger Games (Unit 12B)

Lovingly restored mill house originally built in 1905. Unit is located in House 12 of the Henry River Mill Village. Per night rental is for 1 of the 2 units that each include a queen bed, two twin beds, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and 2 full bathrooms. Rental of both units on the same dates allow for full house occupancy by guests. General admission tickets included with rental from the date of check-in to the date of check-out (based on seasonal operating hours ).

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski and secure it to our dock. Relax and enjoy watching wildlife from your private deck. Hickory’s new River Walk (which winds through the woods)is directly across the lake. Charlotte, Asheville, and Boone are within one hour of the property.

This is a one-bedroom apartment located within walking distance to the local grocery store. Located only 5 minutes from the aviation museum, we have themed this home around the "Wright Flyer", first airplane created by the Wright brothers from North Carolina.
