Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. Octagonal living at its finest; The Seed House is fully renovated and features modern amenities like wifi, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, 100% cotton linens, smart TV, games, and yoga gear. Located less than 5 minutes by car to downtown Durham with easy access for those who prefer to travel by bicycle or foot to the Ellerbee Creek trail. Centrally located to Duke University and Duke Medical. Perfect for longer stays for visiting professionals as well as shorter stays to enjoy all Durham has to offer.

Come experience the peace and quiet of this unique tiny house in the county. Curl up in this cozy queen-sized bed in the loft of this private bo-ho cottage. Fix coffee or meals in the kitchen and get some work done at the desk or on the outdoor dining table using the wi-fi. The shower has virtually unlimited hot water. You can also eat dinner or hang out in the hammock in the secret garden under the glow of bistro lights.
