Come enjoy a private mountain apartment, near Biltmore Estate, AVL airport, and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. Kitchenette has coffeemaker, griddle, microwave, half size fridge. Bathroom shower with basics. Outside is your own Hot tub -parking for two cars. 3+ = 4th night free! Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.

The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.
