It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. Hatherley is a light-filled Edwardian cottage in a pretty village on the edge of the glorious sheltered coves of the Helford river, 15 mins walk to a sandy beach and moments from fabulous Falmouth and Cornwall’s best tropical gardens. Built for a ship’s captain away at sea it has big bay windows in the living room and kitchen. Rumour has it the builders only showed him pictures of the front, because the back... isn’t quite there! It is a quirky tardis with no straight lines. You’ll love it!

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

Baileys Little House time to relax

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, 'The Jam Shed' is a unique, cosy, converted farm building located down a long wooded driveway. Surrounded by woodland and garden it's the perfect retreat. A haven for wildlife, The Jam Shed has buzzards constantly circling overhead, herons and wild ducks often visit the pond, the hedgerows and meadow are teaming with bees and butterflies and even the occasional deer passes by.
