A rustic mud brick cottage set on 21ha of river red gum forest. The property is listed as a wildlife sanctuary and is home to a diverse range of birds and animals. Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river. There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

Separate toilet and bathroom and a large kitchen, living and dining are with all the amenities you'll need. The cottage is in the same grounds as our home. It is within a 2 to 5 minute walk to the swimming pool, squash courts, gym and 5 minutes to the golf club. The shops, parks and lake are a 5 minute walk. We have off street parking and can accommodate a caravan or trailer. Should you need to do some washing we can make our laundry available to you. The cottage has recently been renovated throughout and is non smoking.
