There are no neighbors..Only trees, birds and the quiet hush of the wind and very secluded and private yard. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.
