A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.
