Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space - The Guest Place is a light and airy self-contained studio located on a peaceful and elegant cul-de-sac in Redcar, North Yorkshire. Local beaches are just a 10 minute walk away, with the historic seaside towns of Saltburn and Whitby, and North Moors National Park a short commute away. Sleeping two, The Guest Place is a homely and welcoming space, with a well equipped kitchenette, TV with streaming and Netflix, a patio area and off-road parking.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V or one of the many DVDs supplied. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

Upon arrival enjoy a winter walk along the beach and then light the log fire at supper-time. The next morning, sip coffee and watch the winter sun as it rises over the sea. Wrap up warm in hats & scarves and ride the historic lift to the beach below. Enjoy a cosy lunch in a seafront café & browse the menus of restaurants to find the perfect place for your evening meal. Before bed, unwind in the deep roll top bath then drift off to sleep between cool crisp linens in this peaceful coastal retreat.

Situated on the edge of Historic Durham City centrally located for exploring the North East/West - 3 miles from historic City centre with Cathedral/Castle. Well situated for motorway access 1 mile to A1M for Newcastle/Scotland/London and A690/A19 to Sunderland Stadium of Light. Farm shop nearby; also pub/restaurant at nearby Hotel. On bus route to Durham Train Station.

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

The Nook, a bright, modern and charming apartment
Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. The apartment shares a Victorian building with its sister apartment, The Loft, and the Village shop. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham
The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.
