Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Deluxe Suite

Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower tub. Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Second Bathroom with a stand in shower. The living room has a Full-size pull-out couch along with a love seat. Washer/drier in unit. Full Kitchen fully stocked including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Has a small coffee pot and a small Keurig. You will need to bring your own coffee and/or K-cups. Central HVAC unit and ceiling fans. Uncovered back deck with lights.

The Boathouse

Enjoy a quiet apartment by the waters edge. The building used to be used to build small boats years ago and now we’ve converted a portion of it to be used as an apartment. Conveniently located to the Morehead waterfront. Uber rides are easily accessible. Enjoy a dock and deck at the waters edge for a cold beverage and relax. Cozy spot for a couple or a couple with a small child. Love seat inside for seating watching tv and Queen size Murphy Bed for bedtime.

South River Retreat

Bring your boat and come to South River Retreat to rest, relax and fish. This cozy water view cottage is the perfect place to bring your boat for fishing or just get away and unwind. The boat dock is directly across the road from the house. The South River is known for huge drums. This area is a fisherman’s heaven. We are 20 minutes from Beaufort, 30 minutes Morehead City and 40 minutes Atlantic Beach.

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
