Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

A charming, rustic wooden bungalow within a peaceful neighbourhood and just 100m walk on a private road to the quiet sandy beach. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

The Hideaway is the perfect, cosy, quirky get- away whatever the weather. A fully equipped, snug and comfortable tiny home with private patio and grass area, a safe allocated parking space. Close to beaches, pubs and restaurants. The Hideaway is central to exploring the North Norfolk Coastline.

Accompanied by an acre of garden, private driveway and impressive additions such as the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and timber-clad 330sqft outbuilding this property has something for everyone. The barn sleeps 10 guests in 2 super king size bedrooms, 2 king size bedrooms and a self-contained annex with double bed, en suite and own kitchen and living area.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Church Farm Cottage Haysbro

Beaches, Beams, Broads and Broadband Mixing tradition with modern comforts, in the tranquil north Norfolk village of Happisburgh next to some amazing beaches and a traditional country pub. We are child and dog friendly, and have two gardens. Happisburgh’s beach is dog friendly 365 days of the year. We Sleep 8(6 adults max) in 4 bedrooms (2 gr.floor). - Check-in day is normally Fridays - Please ask if you need a different day - 7 day minimum at peak time

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!

Grove Stables, popular with couples and small families, is the perfect place to relax in secluded countryside surroundings and explore all that North Norfolk has to offer from a central location. Miles of walking and cycling opportunities, 70 miles of unspoilt beaches, the famous Norfolk Broads, beautiful gardens, Norwich and National Trust properties are all within easy reach.
