My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

You will be comfortable in this spacious, one bedroom suite. You have your own kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room space with large tvs in the bedroom and the living room. To wind down from your day step into your large beautiful shower that has endless hot water. Try living room sofa pulls out to a sleeper lay down while watching tv, or to use as an extra bed.
