Our newly built, contemporary 1 bed accommodation with private patio on a quiet country lane, is the perfect get away! A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Stylish self contained lodge near St Mary Bourne

Quirky self-contained accommodation nestled within the Bourne Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and a short distance from the nearby villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurstbourne Priors as well as the small market town, Whitchurch. St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

The Studio at The Forge

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Idyllic Hideaway Ham Green Cottage near Winchester

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Le charme d'un petit cottage anglais!

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

Idyllic Detached Lodge nr Salisbury Wiltshire

Owls Lodge is an idyllic retreat for two. Completed in 2016 the Lodge is both comfortable and stylish. Located within the garden of the farmhouse, this fantastic lodge has been finished in a contemporary way with relaxation in mind. Situated down a short gravel track along the Clarendon way which is on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, Owls lodge is perfectly positioned for long peaceful walks and cycling. (Prices are based on two people sharing)

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

Self Contained Garden Studio

A fabulous space in an oak-framed garden studio independent to our home with double bed, large shower room and tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and mini fridge. Within walking distance of the Watercress Line and less than 10 minutes drive to Jane Austen's House. We are also well placed for walks from the doorstep and the ancient and beautiful city of Winchester is just a 20 minute drive away.

The Little House- between the forest and the sea

'The Little House' is a newly converted detached garage situated just outside the convenient small town of New Milton, whilst being in easy reach of Barton on Sea and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
