Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
