The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

The Cottage- cosy with a logburner and garden

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

Wharf Meadow Log Cabin

Hi there here we have to let our very unique log cabin on a working farm. The log cabin is light and airy having just been refurbished. It benefits from being completely on its own with its nearest neighbours being our flocks of miniature sheep and laying ducks. As private and quiet as it is, it is by no means remote with local amenities less than a 10 min drive away including: Two pubs serving food Various shops Train station Restaurants Takeaways

This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away. This one bedroom cottage on the outskirts of Bromsgrove. In walking distance to shops and bus stop 5 minutes drive to both M5 and M42 motorways. The house comprises of one double bedroom with tv and a small bathroom upstairs. Lounge with Tv Fully equipped kitchen with tv washing machine and dinning table. Please note that the kitchen door does not open directly onto the patio if you’re bringing pets .
