The Bunker (Holmfirth’s hidden gem) with parking!

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Ryecroft House, Large apartment near Holmfirth

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.

Smithy Cottage Holmbridge, Holmfirth

Smithy Cottage is a purpose furnished self catering holiday let and offers excellent accommodation for 4-5 people. It is not a party or reunion venue. The location is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and visitors to Holmfirth Picturedrome and the many nearby wedding locations. Regarding dogs, prior consent is required. There is a £10 fee per dog per stay, maximum two dogs. Please refer to the rules below in 'Other details to note'.

Private annex with independent access and private bathroom (no kitchen). Great location, in the lovely village of Thurstonland. Ideally situated for exploring the local trails on foot or bike, which give fantastic, far reaching views towards the Peak District and across the Pennines. Good food and hospitality are available at the village pub which is a two minute walk away.
