A Studio apartment with balcony in Redco village in the premium block Atrium. In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

My Apartment Loft1 (#525) is located in New Gudauri few steps from Gondola. Charm of the apartment is ski in ski out. apartment is a very cozy place for a little family or just for friends. From the balcony you will see a glorious view of the beautiful mountains of Gudauri. This modern studio features a kitchenette with all amenities , a seating area with a couch (couch bad) , a flat-screen TV with cable channels, WiFi, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries.

Hi, its Leqso, skiing lover from Tbilisi, Georgia :) I know nothing beats comfortable place to rest after enjoying spectacular slopes of Gudauri. I usually spend at least a few days each winter season and tried to design a place in a way that makes you feel home and to enjoy your ski holiday at its fullest. Appartment is equipped will all necessary amenities for long-term stay, including dedicated place to work and a separate bedroom. Hope you enjoy & take care of the place :)

The apartment is in the first floor of the newly built hotel Twins which is located directly in the New Gudauri Ski Resort. In a walking distance you can find ski rentals, spas, a shop, two ski lifts - a surface lift Zuma and a gondola lift Gudaura. The room is equipped with all you need for cooking and washing. From the panorama window or the balcony you can enjoy the unique mountain view. The total area of the room is about 30 square meters. There is a locker in ski depot.
