L’appartamento si trova nella splendida zona di Santa Croce, nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, a pochi passi dai principali musei e palazzi, fra cui la Galleria degli Uffizi, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria dell'Accademia etc. Santa Croce è uno dei quartieri tradizionali più vivaci, costellato da moltissimi ristoranti di ogni tipo di caratteristica, alimentari e mercati (fra cui "Sant'Ambrogio").
