Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.

Our charming Coastal casita is located a short walk or golf cart ride to Gruene Hall in Historic Gruene. All of our casitas share private access to the Guadalupe River as well as 3 picnic areas and 3 BBQ pits .
