Welcome and enjoy your stay in this beautiful very spacious apartment with herringbone hardwood floor throughout in this colonial style building. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbours tropical garden. On the south side of the property you will see a pack of large green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am before they migrate to another area of the city. You may spot the occasional green leguana in the trees in the back.
