The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. A little Apartment on a farm of former times is searching there guests. It is very quiet around our house. There are only 16 km / 10 miles to Leipzig city centre. That means you can visit a beautiful german City during the day and relax on fire in the evening or having barbecue... The small kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your food. Our village Dreiskau-Muckern has around 460 inhabitants. The distance between lake Störmthal and us is only 1km. 200m away you will find a nice park to hear the birds sing or watch other animals. PURE NATURE Direct in the old surface mine you can take a ride on a quad bike. There are well prepared cycleways around here. That means you can feel free to ask us for a bicycle. Leipzig is reachable by bus or we will take our guests to tram Terminus or Leipzig main station. Altogether our accommodation is for people searching a mixture between town and village.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar vor der Tür zu finden. - Das Zentrum von Leipzig (Hbf) ist nur 20min mit der S-Bahn entfernt - Der Flughafen ist über die A14 mit dem Auto nur 17-20min entfernt - Die Leipziger Messe ist 15min über die A14 erreichbar

Die Gästewohnung befindet sich im komplett neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Sie umfaßt Wohnbereich mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Der nächste Supermarkt ist weniger als 1 km entfernt und der Bäcker nur 2 Gehminuten. Bei Bedarf ist Brötchenservice samstags möglich. Riesa befindet sich etwa mittig zwischen den Städten Leipzig und Dresden unmittelbar an der schönen Elbe. Der Elbradweg ist ca. 3 km entfernt.

Tiny-Modulhaus (33 m², Hejmo Homes-Musterhaus)

Dieses Modulhaus ist mit nur 33 m² Nutzungsfläche ein echtes Tiny House. Es ist besonders nachhaltig und energieeffizient (KfW40, Qualitätssiegel nachhaltige Gebäude) und kann modular erweitert werden.
