The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). A beautiful historical home, walking distance to everything. The Bnb unit is one whole side of an 1835 side-by-side duplex with private entrance and patio. The main rental is set up for four with two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) with 1.5 baths. HOWEVER an adjoining additional bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom may be added upon request for additional fee to accommodate up to 6 people. Comfortably furnished with fully outfitted kitchen and cotton linens. All bedrooms are up stairs.

In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of West Virginia while relaxing in a cabin in the woods! In the summer listen closely and you will hear the boats on Summersville Lake. Easily walk to the lake from the cabin, just 0.75miles one way on private roads. Located a few minutes from Summersville Lake Marina and dam and 20 minutes from Fayetteville. Visit the New River Gorge Bridge or go whitewater rafting, ziplining, horse back riding and all the other adventures the area has to offer.

C and J Cottage is located in the New River Gorge National Park, the newest national park. There is access to Sandstone Landing's patio alongside the New River. It is a fully furnished home with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a beautiful river front view. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.
