The casita is centrally located between the Tubac Golf Course and Tubac village. The casita has a private bedroom and bathroom with outside entrance with dog door. The studio provides ample privacy. If you’re driving, park your car in the driveway or on the street. This area is full of the classic post WWII starter homes in a well established neighborhood. The square footage of the studio space is about 300 feet. It’s ideal for stays for 1-2 people. If a guest needs space to work too, there is a desk and high speed fiber optic internet with wifi. Pets are welcome with a small fee for additional cleaning. La Madera Park, is 1/2 a block away.

This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
