My home is in a secluded area with access to a river walk. The local Gressenhall Museum offers events during the year. The Norfolk coast is nearby:- Walsingham, 25 minutes away with Wells and Holkham 15 minutes further on. Fakenham racecourse is ten miles away. Dereham's Mid-Norfolk Railway - offers steam and diesel events plus the popular 'Polar Express' experience. The area is also local for Sandringham and the Thursford Christmas Show.

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.
