Fun on the lake all year round! House is on a private dead-end street. Directly across the street from Sacandaga Lake with views from deck. Quick walk across the street to Mayfield Lake launch for kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and fishing! 5 minute drive to Mayfield Town Beach! Boaters: Contact Docs Marina for boat launch and daily slip access. Directly across the street from the house. Snowmobilers: Direct access to Sacandaga Lake, Mayfield Lake and New York State Snowmobile trail System.
