The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. A comfortable ground floor apartment located alongside to our cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally created as a self contained home for my parents has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.
