Spacious End Unit ~ Hot Tub ~ Beach Access!

Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

Basecamp offers a cozy, comfortable space to be centrally located to enjoy all your Westport adventures! An easy-going space that offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a small living/dining area, and a full bath with tub. There is no TV but there is high speed WiFi, some books, cards, and games. There’s an enclosed walkway and patio area offering privacy and a safe enclosure for pets. An outdoor space near your entry offers two chairs, a tabletop gas grill, and a crab pot cooker.

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. We are 1 block from the iconic Observation Tower that is the starting point of a paved hiking/biking path that meanders along Half Moon Bay to the Jetty, where the number one surfing spot in the state is located! Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.
