The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.
