This is a great scape retreat from city, wifi is low sígnal to enjoy sunset from and disconnect from the busy world to a honey moon in the jacuzzi/hot tub. Pet friendly. (pet-2 Max ) we live at next house (200f) have 2 cats, some times likes to say hello. We are 25 miles from Austin, it’s a hills place, don’t expect stores closer just 5 miles away first gas station , 15 min away from shopping center 10 min away of HEB . We offer free 2 kayak. We have slow internet. It’s a retreat area.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details".
