Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. The house is located just minutes from highway access to get to to all the best Kansas City has to offer, or you can use the smart TV and Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay in. This single level home has 3 bedrooms; 1 Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, full bath, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a spacious bonus room with yoga equipment. Furry guests will enjoy the spacious fenced in back yard. A charcoal grill is available to use as well.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
