We are also less than a mile from most of the major healthcare systems and just over a mile from downtown. This listing comes fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay, but please share any specific requests you may have. Pet friendly and kid friendly!

It is within walking distance of downtown or just minutes from any business in Allegan. Thirty minutes to South Haven and Kalamazoo. Walking distance to the Allegan County fairgrounds. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
