Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. Restaurants, bars, a distillery, shopping, and ice cream are a short walk from the cottage. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

The Sunflower Suite is a cozy affordable place to rest from your travels with NO cleaning fee!Stay while you visit family and friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small space, so if you’re bringing 4 adults it will be very tight . The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Henrietta’s by the Harbor

Welcome to Henrietta’s by the Harbor. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of living space! A huge, recently remodeled fully fenced backyard, with cement patio + attached deck make this home great for outdoor entertainment! You are in the heart of downtown- 2 blocks from the Washington St. The walk along the Grand River starts at your front door & will take you all the way to the South Pier and beautiful Lake Michigan- stop for ice cream and shopping along the way!

Please enjoy a relaxing stay in our intricately designed home complete with all you need for longer trips! Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Beachmobile 2.0

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!
