The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Our little cabin in the middle of the woods is a quaint, peaceful retreat located in the heart of Plumas Eureka Estates in Graeagle, CA. This area is host to a variety of forest wildlife, including deer walking through the front yard and wild turkeys moseying down the street. This house was built in the 60's with an addition and upgrades added in the 90's. It is comfortable and clean. Fast fiber optic internet. 5 minutes from the Graeagle Corner Barn and 15 minutes from 20 Mile House.
