A charming brand new studio apartment in a family house that is located directly on the beach. Here you'll enjoy the peaceful surrounding, a charming garden with Mediterranean herbs, and the barbecue area with the lounge, while having possibility to walk to the beach in front of the house literally in your swimsuit. An ideal vacation spot for the couples or friends, while baby bed can be provided upon request. The studio is located in the backyard of the house, and has the private entrance.

Apartment is situatetd on the ground floor of historical stone house. It's really cool, so you won't need air condition in your summer home (but we have one, don't worry)

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Access to the building is possible only by stairs, so the apartment can only be reached on foot and apartment does not have its own parking. Reservations for 7 days have parking paid for by the owner in the 2 zone (the place is not specified, but the entire zone 2 will be paid for, so find it wherever you want.
