The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.
