Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms remodeled and new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

Located in an ideal location in Mill Valley providing guests “the best of both worlds” including, easy pedestrian access to downtown Mill Valley and immediate access to a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. 20-25 min drive from the Golden Gate Bridge adjacent neighborhoods including the Marina, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District. The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

Just 6 blocks from Glenpark Bart with a 10-minute ride to downtown, Embarcadero, and Exploratorium. Quick walk to Mission or Glenpark neighborhoods with great restaurants.

There is a living area with comfy chairs and ample desk space, plus a dining table and chairs for sharing simple meals. This a private 800 sq ft apartment without a full kitchen, it is at garden level. I live above on street level. The garden is shared space. There are books and movies available free WiFi and lots of room to spread out. You will be my only guests so you get my full attention. Breakfast is a generous continental style delivered to your door in the morning. It includes pastry fresh OJ fruit plate and yogurt all subject to change to meet your dietary restrictions.
